I have closed homes as far south as Puyallup and as far north as Blaine, right next to the Canadian border. While I can help you anywhere in the Puget Sound region my primary areas of focus are the Eastside (Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond) and North Sound (Bothell, Edmonds, Everett, and Lynnwood.)

As soon as you would like! Typically I recommend Buyers reach out to me at least two months prior, but the more lead time the better. For sellers, while I technically can get your home on the market in a little over a week, I recommend two-three months prior to listing for our initial Listing Consultation.

In recognizing that not one size fits all sellers, I offer multiple fee structures ranging from 2.5% to 3.5%.

Each choice is made to offer flexibility in selecting the level of service that best fits the special features of your home. Simply put, this means charging less for a straighforward and basic package, or charging more for an all inclusive listing package.

Yes! During the pandemic I helped multiple out-of-state families make the move to the Seattle area. We used Facetime, video tours, neighborhood deep dives, Zoom calls, and more! As a transplant to the area myself, I understand how scary it can be moving to a new area and looking for a place to live.
